DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time our standard shipping policies only apply to the Contiguous United States. Please contact us if you have questions about this or require shipment elsewhere.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The cost of standard shipping for items purchased ranges from:

*Products that exceed 48" are oversized for shipping purposes. These products have a shipping surcharge that is calculated at checkout and is the responsibility of the buyer. (We still pay the majority of the shipping costs on these products.)

**Special rates will be quoted for bulk / freight orders.**

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard - FedEx ground 3 - 5 Day Shipping

IMPORTANT NOTE - Orders placed before 12P PST will generally ship same day. Orders placed after 12P PST will generally be processed the NEXT day after an order is placed, excluding weekends.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Please note that O Industries Corporation is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been processed for transit. You may reach out to us (before the order is processed) with a corrected shipping address. Changes to a shipping address cannot be guaranteed.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

Check the tracking number provided to see if it is still in transit. If it shows "delivered" and you still have not received it, please contact us.
